Back by popular demand, Susan Corcoran, our resident chocolate expert taught the LHS students and staff how to made delicious Valentines treats for family, friends, and for themselves in the LHS Makerspace. We also talked about the chemistry of chocolate thanks to an LHS student’s chemistry presentation.
