Summary: TLDR (Too Long Didn’t Read) Plugin is an extension that creates a summary of a web article without leaving the page. It provides a condensed view of news, blog posts, and other articles online for quick and easy reading. The plugin analyzes the content and creates summarized versions of the page in four different lengths. Also, right-clicking on a highlighted passage of text will give the option to use the plugin.

Classroom Uses: The extension can be beneficial when students are writing a paper or creating a project from online sources. The extension can provide a quick summary of an article that allows the student to decide if the information would be useful. It can save time and prevent student’s from reading paragraphs of unrelated information to their topic.

Considerations:

Collaboration: There is no direct way to share the summarized version of the article, but the text can be copied and sent to classmates.
